What is ICU Oral Care Round Team？

The team consists of dentists from the Division of Hospital Dentistry and dental hygienists from the Division of Dental Hygienists, who provide weekly oral care in the ICU. As a university hospital affiliated with a dental school, we aim to leverage our dental expertise to improve intensive care.
In addition to delivering oral care as part of daily nursing routines, we actively communicate and share information with intensivists and nurses, working collaboratively to enhance the quality of care in the intensive care unit.
