The opening ceremony, plenary session, and closing ceremony will be held in the main Zoom meeting room (Venue A). Oral presentations will be held in parallel in two separate Zoom meeting rooms (Venues A & B).
Two venues (session rooms as in an on-site symposium) will be provided at Okayama University (OU) and Nong Lam University (NLU). If you participate in the symposium at OU or NLU, you are advised to come to one venue and join the symposium. You can move from one session room to another one if you want.
If you attend the symposium from outside OU and NLU, you can freely join and move to either meeting room.

Selected oral presentations will be awarded as excellent presentations. Applicants, except graduate students, must be under 35 years old to be eligible for the excellent presentation award.
